How it started
It started with a simple question. How can we get the word out to residents and visitors about all the fun and exciting outdoor activities available in our region? We needed to build a map - a mobile map that can go with you on your adventures. We applied for and received a grant from the National Park Foundation, and the Wander Our Watershed Map project was born.
Our mission
The Wander Our Watershed Map project is designed to provide an online resource for the greater Eightmile River Wild & Scenic Watershed region that highlights the variety of outdoor recreation opportunities while supporting local services and businesses.
